Napa Valley was the place to be this weekend! My friends, Kali and Michelle, and I went for a day trip to enjoy the beautiful countryside in Napa Valley. My first trip to Napa and some wine tasting was pretty awesome.

Our first stop in Napa was at Robert Sinskey Vineyards. Absolutely a wonderful experience for a first timer like myself. Our wine tasting connoisseur, Ryan (shown in above center photo), was superb. The wine at Robert Sinskey Vineyards was organic and was oh so tasteful. Paired with some Gougere, a Parmesan puff pastry, some quiche, and olives, made it even more delicious. Ryan really sold me with the Abraxas wine when he told us it's best paired with Thai food. So, you know what I did? I bought a bottle! =)

After chitchatting with the koi fish at Robert Sinskey's, we went to PlumpJack Winery, had a lunch picnic at Robert Mondavi, more wine tasting at Jolie à Deux where they make my favorite cheap wine, Menage à Trois, and had a cheese plate and some champagne/sparkling wine at Domaine Carneros. 

Were we exhausted after all that?! Oh, no we weren't! haha. We headed over to Cornerstone to check it out, but it was already closed. So we decided to jump the fence and do our own little tour. Until we realized we had enter a wedding reception. Oops! But no one kicked us out, so we were good. =)

A fun weekend it was! And I hope to do it again soon! xoxo
